vip16's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip16 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

vip16 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, power outages, hardware failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.2 Dispute Resolution
